Comrades,
Our National Convention is 25-29 July in Reno, Nevada. On March 28th 12pm CST, hotel room reservations will open for everyone.
- Departments will not be assigned to specific hotels this year so it will be first come first served. All the hotels are attached to each other so it will be easy to get around either way.
- The hotels at the row are about 3.5 miles away from the center. We have a shuttle service setup to run during convention hours. There will be one designated pickup point for all three properties.
- Early registration takes place at the hotels.
- Scooter rental will be available. We are working on coordinating those details with the city at this time.
- The hotels that we have booked have an airport shuttle and self-parking included.

All members who desire to make room reservations for the convention are directed to use one of
