Please find attached a memo from the Adjutant General along with the proposed resolutions from the Commander-in-Chief for the 127th National Convention with Index.  Also provided is an "Amendments and Resolutions” guide to assist you with preparing and submitting resolutions and/or proposed amendments to the National Bylaws, Manual of Procedure or Ritual.

These resolutions are also available to all members in the Document Repository located in OMS under the folder titled 127th National Convention Bylaws/Manual of Procedure/Ritual Amendments & Convention Resolutions – PROPOSED. Ensure this information is disseminated down to the lowest level for review of all delegates of your upcoming Department Convention.
